Can I try the software ?

Yes - we offer a free trial with watermark. Just click "demo" on the top right
Do I need to pay a yearly fee for the usage or is it a life-time license?

When you purchase EXAPLAY, you receive a lifetime license, which means you do not need to pay any mandatory yearly fees to keep it operational (e.g., in a fixed installation). This includes a 6-month update period for all new downloadable versions. If you wish to always have the latest version of the software, you can optionally order a maintenance package that extends your update period for additional periods.

Where can I buy a license, what is the price?

We currently do not offer online shopping as we target the professional AV market through our network of partners. Please visit the "Where to Buy" section.
What is the difference between versions?

The EXAPLAY CALIBRATION license, which incorporates VIOSO 6 calibration technology, is designed to facilitate seamless calibration for complex multi-projection setups and LED screens. This advanced technology is a part of VIOSO's suite of solutions, aiming to simplify the process of blending and warping projections to create a unified image across multiple surfaces. VIOSO 6, specifically, is known for its user-friendly interface and efficient calibration process, making it accessible for various applications, including immersive installations, virtual reality environments, and large-scale events.

EXAPLAY is the brand name for a playback system by well know AV-software supplier VIOSO. We are based with more than 20 employees in Düsseldorf, Germany and Orlando, FL, USA. Does EXAPLAY support image splitters like Datapath FX, Matrox Triplehead or Mosaic?

Yes! EXAPLAYs intutive screen management allows you to virtually split displays and use all extenders, multiview or merged displays.
Do you support multi-client setups?

From version 1.6 (mid year) we will support multi client setups . Any license bought now will contain update right. For current projects ask us for a beta version.
Is LIVE-VIDEO IN supported ?

From version 1.6 (mid year) we will support NDI stream. Any license bought now will contain update right.
What protocols does EXAPLAY support?

We support TCP. OSC, UDP - IN and Output. You can also send "free" strings out of cues.
